OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT

The Office of Institutional advancement is charged with fund raising and alumni relations across all TJU’s campuses.  Occupying three floors in the Sheridan Building located at 125 South Ninth Street in Philadelphia, the organization was challenged to accommodate rapid growth in restricted space. They also wanted to create a distinctive workplace environment to become one of the best of its kind and to fully optimize philanthropic potential to help Jefferson become a global healthcare leader.

 

The granum teamed provide project management services from the outset of the project through occupancy.  We led project meetings and managed schedules to insure that the project was completed on time.  As always, budget was a concern and Granum worked with Jefferson to maintain costs for the duration of the project.
