What is the purpose of an office? Does every organization need a physical headquarters?  How do businesses maintain focus and dependability when teams and staff are scattered?  These are questions that have been circulating for years.  Our recent forced experiment with pandemic measures has allowed us to develop valuable insights into answers.​

First, there is no one solution for all industries.  Second there are many more options than we thought for conducting business in fully virtual, hybrid, or traditional ways.  Our experience developing innovative workplace strategies for large and mid-sized organizations provides a solid foundation for developing even more responsive workplace strategies that leverage technology, people, space, and the mission of the organization to optimize productivity.​
